Meditating can help you stay within that moment, it can help you become centred and within a reality where you know there is a deep sense of peace and understanding of yourself. Meditating does become a way of life and you can find yourself drifting into that space at any time. It’s an instant connection to your soul and can ease you back into a feeling of peace.
Many people find the concept of meditating confusing or difficult, or even are fed up with the amount of books and people who say that meditation is the key! Meditation can be fun, it doesn’t have to be difficult and it doesn’t have to be for long. I have a very inquisitive mind and I find meditating really helps me to still that sensation, I have learnt to do it mainly for 15 minutes per day and found it amazingly beneficial, not just in my spiritual development but my own personal development and understanding. Meditating can also be done whilst you’re sat at the traffic lights or waiting for the kettle to boil – it’s just that instant connection to the moment, to self and to the mind.
