Simply Sound – Workshop (Date to be confirmed)

Come and experience the amazing power of sound and how healing it can be.

• Do you have a favourite song or a piece of music that touches you deeply?

• How would you like to ‘feel’ sound in the body?

• Perhaps learn how to “tone” using that amazing voice that you all have within you?

• Feel free in your expression and bang a drum, or just sit back and embrace the sounds of a beautiful 80 inch gong!

These workshops are for everybody, whether you have had previous experience of working with sound and the voice, or to just wondering what’s it all about! The day is for you, to enjoy and just be. By learning to use your voice in a natural way can sometimes bring about a deep understanding of yourself, but also the confidence to speak up, say no, and just enjoying being part of something amazing – you don’t have to hit a ‘perfect ‘c’ you use your wonderful voice!

The day will start at 10.00 and finish around 4.00. Location – Bristol. £35.00. Refreshments will be provided but please bring lunch.

To book your place or register your interest please contact me on 07870 557641 or email: sam@samanthacross.co.uk

What some previous sound workshop participants say:

“We had a brilliant sound workshop today – many thanks for introducing us to all the instruments – not forgetting using the voice. The sound seemed to wave through you and vibrate through the body, amazing stuff. Thanks again”. Roy

“I just had to send you a big thank you for the sound workshop you led.. The gong was amazing which was my highlight and we all enjoyed the drumming. Everyone said how relaxed they felt, and we all benefited from the healing. I certainly learned a lot and had never realised how powerfully healing sound can be. When’s the next workshop??” Sally
